The Chilli Jam Man - Selai Cabai Scotch Bonnet

The heat builds slowly rather than slapping you upfront, which means I can actually taste the fruity sweetness beneath the fire. My only issue is that my jar didn't survive the week.

That first spoonful is like a proper heatwave—the scotch bonnets hit fresh and upfront, then linger into a slow, fruity burn that's actually addictive. Spread it thin on cheese toast and you've got the perfect kick without losing the jam's sweetness.

Opened the jar expecting just another sweet chili sauce, but that first spoonful of fresh, vibrant heat genuinely made me pause. The fruity punch comes on strong and then eases into a slow warmth that works perfectly with cheese and crackers. Already planning my next order.
