퍼커버트 페퍼 컴퍼니 페퍼 X 살사

That first jar didn’t last the weekend — the heat from the Pepper X builds slow and then lingers in a way that makes plain chips feel like a celebration. I’ve been spooning it onto eggs and tacos all week, and it’s the only salsa that’s ever made me sweat and smile at the same time.

I was nervous at first, but this salsa’s heat builds slowly and then lingers in the best way, and the flavor of the peppers actually comes through instead of just pure burn. It’s got that signature Smokin’ Ed Currie kick, so a little goes a long way on tacos or eggs.

Dipped a chip in this expecting a mild kick and instead got that slow, creeping burn that makes you grin and reach for another scoop. The heat builds in waves but the flavor underneath never gets lost, which is exactly what I look for in a salsa.
