Daddy Cool's Smoky Chipotle BBQ-saus

Finally a sauce that lets the smoky chipotle come through instead of drowning everything in sugar. Poured it over pulled pork and the balance of tomato and heat was just right, didn’t need to add anything else. My only complaint is the bottle’s almost empty already.

Used this on some grilled chicken thighs last night and the balance is spot on—smoky without that cloying sugar hit you get from most bottled sauces. I only needed a thin brush layer to get that deep chipotle kick all the way through.

The tomato and smoke come through in a way that actually tastes like real BBQ, not candy. I used it on grilled chicken and the chipotle heat lingers just enough to keep you coming back for another bite. This is my new go-to when I want something savory instead of syrupy sweet.
