Mrs Renfro's Chipotle Corn Salsa biedt een mix van rokerige chipotle en zoete maïssmaken, ideaal voor wie van een beetje pit in hun salsa houdt.
I was skeptical about the smoky chipotle kick, but it's surprisingly balanced with the sweet corn pieces, and the heat builds just enough to keep you going back for another chip. Worked great as a topping on tacos too, not just as a dip.
The corn pieces give it a nice hearty texture, and the smoky chipotle heat builds just enough to keep things interesting without overwhelming. I’ve been putting it on tacos and eggs all week, and it works great on both.
That smoky kick is no joke, but the sweet corn chunks keep it from being too fiery. I've already gone through half a jar just dipping tortilla chips in it after work.
