Salsa de Manga e Habanero Mrs Renfro's

The sweetness of the mango really comes through before the habanero heat kicks in, which makes it perfect for balancing out spicy dishes. I’ve used it as a marinade for chicken and as a dip, and the texture is just right.

I’ve been spooning it straight onto tacos and even scrambled eggs, and that sweet-then-fiery kick from the mango and habanero combo keeps me coming back for more. The heat builds just enough to make my nose run without overpowering the fruit.

The mango sweetness hits first, then the habanero warmth creeps in right behind it—such a balanced blend. I've been spooning it over tacos and eggs all week, and the heat level is perfect for someone who likes a kick without the burn.
