Tempero Cajun Slap Ya Mama - Mistura Original

The heat level is just right — bold enough to wake up your taste buds but not so spicy that it masks the food's own flavor. I've been shaking it on everything from eggs to stir-fry and each batch comes out with that authentic Louisiana kick.

Sprinkled this on roasted chicken thighs last night and the whole kitchen smelled like a proper Louisiana kitchen. The heat is balanced, not just a one-note burn, and that all-purpose blend worked just as well on scrambled eggs this morning.

Used it as the base for a shrimp boil last weekend and the balance of heat and savory is spot on, not one note like some blends. The family kept asking what the secret was, and it really did bring that authentic Louisiana feel to the pot.
