The Chilli Jam Man Rib Tickler BBQ Sauce - เผ็ดกลาง

The bottle didn't last a week once I put it on ribs — that sweet, sticky finish with the smoky heat was exactly the medium kick I wanted, and it caramelized beautifully on the grill. Even my kids, who usually run from spice, came back for seconds.

That sweet-smoky hit builds just enough on the back of the tongue to make you sit up, but it never overstays its welcome. Slick and glossy straight from the jar, it coated my pork belly evenly and left a nice sticky glaze without turning cloying.

The sticky texture clings to ribs just right, and that smoky sweetness balances the medium heat perfectly for a weeknight cookout. I've already gone through half the bottle in two sittings.
