The Chilli Jam Man Rib Tickler BBQ Sauce - Cay

First bottle lasted less than a week, that’s how good it is. The heat builds nicely without drowning out the smoky barbecue base, and it clung to my ribs perfectly without turning watery.

We've tried a lot of sauces but this one's got that proper thick texture that clings to ribs instead of just sliding off. A little goes a long way if you're not used to heat, but the spicy kick is exactly what I wanted for grilled chicken.

That smoky heat creeps up on you after a few bites, which is exactly what I want from a hot BBQ sauce. It gave my grilled chicken a proper spicy kick without drowning out the char flavor.
