死神復仇 - 辣椒、香茅與薑油

The heat level is honestly perfect—it’s a gentle warmth that doesn’t drown out the lemongrass and ginger, so I’ve been drizzling it over rice and eggs every day. Makes a boring meal feel fancy without any effort.

Poured a good splash into my stir-fry tonight and the lemongrass really comes through while the chilli just warms things up without any burn. It's become my go-to finishing oil for almost everything, honestly.

Drizzled this over my fried eggs this morning and the lemongrass-ginger combo really shines through, it’s a gentle warmth rather than a burn. The flavor is deep enough that I’m already planning to use it in a stir-fry tonight, and the bottle pours easily without making a mess.
