Mrs Renfro's Pfirsich-Salsa

I grabbed a jar on a whim and ended up eating half of it straight from the container with chips before dinner even started. That fruity kick pairs surprisingly well with grilled chicken, and the texture has just the right chunkiness to feel homemade.

I was skeptical about fruit in salsa, but the sweetness here is balanced just right against the heat. It's fantastic straight out of the jar with tortilla chips, and I've already gone through half of it in two days.

The peach chunks are actually noticeable in every scoop, which gives it that fruity twist without being overly sweet. I've been pairing it with tortilla chips and it works, though I wish the jar was a bit bigger for the price.
