The Chilli Jam Man Rib Tickler BBQ-Sauce - Mild

Glazed a rack of ribs with this on Sunday and the balance is spot on—sweet, smoky, and just enough warmth to notice without reaching for water. The mild heat lets the meat flavor come through, which is exactly what I wanted for a family cookout.

The heat is gentle enough that my kids actually asked for seconds on their pulled pork, which never happens with spicier sauces. It's got a nice thick consistency that clings to the meat without dripping off, and the mild kick builds just slightly on the finish.

Glazed a rack of ribs with this last weekend and the mild heat let the smoky flavor come through without overpowering anyone at the table. The consistency clings to the meat nicely, so it doesn't just slide off during grilling.
