Accidenti, che salsa insolita abbiamo qui dal Professor Payne Indeass. Decisamente indiana nel sapore, con una base di salsa di mele arricchita da spezie al curry e un calore che scioglie lo sfintere. Versane un po' nel tuo noodle istantaneo e ammira il fratello bastardo del Bombay Bad Boy. Per un tocco di raffinatezza in più, aggiungi Sphincter Shrinker a uno yogurt o a una marinata a base di ananas e sidro, e trasforma i tuoi spiedini di pollo o maiale in piccoli stuzzichini di paradiso indiano infuocato. Non credo che finirà nel prossimo libro di Delia, ma fidati, hanno un sapore fantastico.
