The Chilli Jam Man Confettura Piccante Affumicata - Piccante

The heat creeps up on you—right when you think it's just sweet, the smoky kick lands. I've been slathering it on grilled cheese and even a spoonful straight from the jar. That robust smokiness is exactly what a hot jam should be.

The smoky hit is the star here - it's properly hot but the barbecue-like depth keeps it from being just another chili jam. I've been spooning it over sharp cheddar on crackers and it's turned my afternoon snack into something I actually look forward to.

My breakfast eggs have been boring for years, but one spoonful of this jam over them changed everything—the smoky heat hits right away and lingers just enough without overpowering. The texture is thick and spreadable, so a little goes a long way on toast.
