The Chilli Jam Man Confettura Piccante Affumicata - Dolce

The smoky kick is just right—noticeably there but nowhere near overpowering, so I can pile it on without reaching for water. Spread it on a sandwich instead of ketchup and it turns something plain into a proper little treat.

Put this on a cheese toastie last night and the smoky kick came through just right without any burn. The mild heat is perfect if you want flavour without reaching for water afterwards.

This jar’s been living in my fridge for two weeks and it’s already half gone—the mild heat hits a perfect balance that doesn’t overpower a grilled cheese but still leaves a nice smoky afterglow. Great with eggs too.
