The 59ml bottles are smaller than I expected, but that's exactly the point—you're not meant to savor this. I only used a single drop of the Carolina Reaper bottle on a taco and my forehead was sweating for twenty minutes. If you can handle the pain, the flavor underneath is surprisingly rich.
