A cracking naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper) spice blend that's fantastic for sprinkling over, rubbing onto or adding into food. Psycho Spice Chipotle Ghost Pepper is a blend of naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper), cayenne and wonderful smoky chipotle. Since developing the Psycho Spice range I use them on literally everything I eat. Hot sauce is still applied to my grub but I love to use Psycho Spice as a finishing dust and, to be perfectly frank, it's the only thing that makes a boring, traditional Sunday roast palatable to me. Sprinkle It, Rub It, Add It, Sort It, But Don't Be A Fool And Try And Snort It.
