Salsa de Framboesa e Chipotle Mrs Renfro's

I’m not normally a fan of fruit in salsa, but the raspberry and chipotle combo is genuinely balanced—the heat builds slow while the raspberry keeps it bright. I’ve been spooning it over grilled chicken and even straight onto tortilla chips with a spoon.

The raspberry sweetness hits first and then the chipotle heat sneaks up right behind it—such a fun combo. I've been putting it on tacos and even scrambled eggs, and it works on both. Definitely my new go-to salsa.
