The Chilli Jam Man Rökt Chilijam - Gryta

I threw a spoonful into a pan of roasted veggies and the smoky depth it added made the whole kitchen smell incredible; it's genuinely versatile for simmering. My only issue is not buying two jars at once, because I'm already planning what to cook with it next.

The smoky depth it adds to a slow-cooked stew is exactly what I was after, and the jam texture melts in beautifully rather than clumping. One spoonful transformed a plain tomato sauce into something with real warmth and character.

Stirred a spoonful into a pot of beans and the smoky depth really came through without overpowering everything else. It's genuinely versatile, whether you're simmering it into a stew or brushing it on something on the grill.
