That 61% Carolina Reaper content is no joke—one teaspoon in my chili gave it a serious, lingering burn that built nicely instead of hitting all at once. I've been adding it to marinades and soups too, and it's become my go-to for when I want real heat without drowning the other flavors.
A tiny dab of this in my chili was all it took to wake up the whole pot — that 61% Reaper ratio is no joke. Even the spoon I stirred with cleared my sinuses. I'll be adding it drop by drop to marinades from now on.
That 61% Carolina Reaper content is no joke—one small spoonful in my chili brought the heat exactly where I wanted it. I’ve been adding it a few drops at a time, and it’s become my go-to for waking up any slow dish without losing the flavor underneath.
