Poured this over pulled pork for the first time this weekend, and the sweet-smoky-tangy balance hit exactly what I wanted from a mopping sauce. It’s got enough vinegar kick to cut through the richness without overpowering the meat. I’ll be keeping a bottle in the pantry from now on.

I slathered this on some grilled chicken thighs and the sweet-smoky-tangy kick was unreal, plus it’s thin enough to mop right over the meat without clumping. My only regret is not buying a bigger jar.
