The Chilli Jam Man Louisiana Vleugelsaus

The heat level is spot on—bold without drowning out the tangy Louisiana flavor. I've been drizzling it over crispy wings and even a few fries, and it clings nicely without turning soggy. Definitely a keeper in my sauce rotation.

Basted this on a tray of wings and the Louisiana-style tang clung to every piece without turning soggy. Even the leftover sauce worked great as a dip for fries the next day.

This sauce nails that tangy, vinegary kick without overpowering the wings, and the Louisiana-style twist comes through in every bite. I’ve used it on grilled chicken too, and it’s become my go-to for a quick dinner boost.
