I've had this bottle for two weeks and a single drop is still enough to make my eyes water, but that pepper extract kick is exactly why I reach for it when I need to clear my sinuses fast. The heat is relentless, though the habanero base does give it a faint fruity note if you can survive the first

The smoky chipotle comes through right before the heat hits, and that pepper extract means business—a single drop was enough for my whole bowl of chili. My sinuses are still clearing but I’ve already reached for it twice more.

I opened the bottle with confidence and one tiny drop later I’m questioning my life choices, but that smoky chipotle undertone actually comes through before the heat hits. The habanero base gives it a real pepper flavor underneath all that extract fire, which is more than I expected at this level.
