Viktigast av allt, precis som alla mina Psycho Juice-såser, smakar den faktiskt av den viktigaste ingrediensen, stjärnan i showen, hela poängen med en het sås – nämligen chilin själv. Inga distraktioner i form av överflödiga, märkvärdiga ingredienser som ska visa hur smart jag är. Mindre är mer. Det här är en sås för puristen. En sås för finsmakaren. En sås för den seriösa chiliälskaren. Den måste vara tillräckligt bra om jag, Dr Burnorium, har satt mitt ansikte överallt på den.
