The balance is spot on—sweet hits first, then a proper dragon heat that lingers without overpowering. I've been spooning it straight onto crackers and it works just as well with a Sunday roast. This jar's not lasting the week, that's for sure.

I’ve been slathering this on cheese toasties and it’s turned my lunch into something I actually look forward to. The heat creeps up gently after the sweetness, and the texture is thick enough to stay put without being gloopy.

The balance here is spot on — sweet hits first, then the heat creeps in gently instead of smacking you. I've been spooning it over cheese and into sandwiches all week, and it's already half gone.
